Editor's Note: Not everyone knows just how important this Britton is to the existence and success of the Jason Britton and No Limit brands. Kendi Britton is a woman who wears many hats and she looks great regardless of which role she is in. She manages a full-time career, a full-time husband and business and keeps her beautiful blended family of four children on task.

Everything the Britton's do as a family is "supersized" due to the size of their immediate and extended family. I knew Jason, Kendi and the kids were super special from the minute I met them. The importance of family for the Britton's is completely reinforced by the length of their dining room table, which is easily as long as a typical executive boardroom table and quite stunning, too.

Kendi, where did you grow up?
I was born in Vietnam but raised in Perry, Iowa. I moved to California when I was 17 and have been here ever since.

Okay, so how did you first meet Jason?
Jason and I were both working at SHO-AIR International. I thought he was so annoying. Who would have thought that four years later we would be married? Ladies, that unpolished piece of rubble that you find may just be a diamond in the rough. Don't kick him to the curb just yet. He could prove to be that priceless gem that you lean on in the future.

You have a busy fulltime career in another industry? Tell us about that.
I am still employed at SHO-AIR International in the role of Vice President. SHO-AIR manages freight logistics for a multitude of global clients. I'm a little bit corporate... but more rock and roll.

You have a wonderful blended family. Who sits at your supersized table for dinner?
Family. Family sits at my table. I've learned that family is the most important thing one can possess in this world and the members of your family do not always have to be blood relatives. I've traveled so far and have experienced so much. I'm blessed to say that the size of my family is quite impressive. I think we may need a larger table.

What does the motorcycle industry mean to you?
Motorcycles have granted my husband and me with an opportunity to provide for our children, and not solely in a monetary manner. Through the industry, Jason has proven what can be accomplished with hard work, loyalty, dedication and an amazing work ethic. The industry provided the canvas on which my husband creates opportunities. It's important that our children see and understand what can be done when an opportunity is present. The industry has provided Jason and me an opportunity to be the best parents that we can be. I'm grateful for that.

You have ridden your share of machines (watercraft, dirt bikes, side by sides). What is your favorite and why?
Kawasaki makes amazing machines. Each machine has a special place in my heart! Jet Ski watercraft are so much fun! Just thinking about having the throttle wide open on the lake makes me smile! Riding in the desert on dirt bikes or side by sides... Who doesn't love that? But if I had to choose just one, I would have to say the Kawasaki Concours14 sport-touring bike. That's the machine that I can just sit back on and relax as Jason rides us up the coast.

I know with Jason's schedule, you travel the country and world to races, bike shows and dealerships. What does the women's motorcycle market look like from your perspective?
The women's motorcycle market is growing. It's amazing to witness how rapidly the growth has occurred. At events, I see more and more women on their own bikes, starting their own clubs and stunting. It's a global movement that I feel is just getting started. It's very empowering.

What would you like to be doing five years from now?
Expanding the No Limit brand. Right now we are strategically taking steps to ensure that Jason's career continues to grow in the right direction. That includes No Limit Motorsports, our shop, as well.

You are a successful wife, mom, company VP, Jason's manager and family manager. How the heck do you do it all? What is your advice for other women who aspire to be successful and happy like you?
My advice is to never forget to breathe. Life happens very fast, but is ultimately very short. Breathing is a great way to slow things down to a pace that you can manage and appreciate. Just breathe.

Tell us about the No Limit shop in Huntington Beach and your association with Icon?
It was a dream of Jason's to open his own shop. There was a time when he was a full-time mechanic, so he definitely knows how to turn a wrench. I think it was important for him to have a place where he could give back to the community that helped him get to where he is today. When he's not on the road, you'll find him at the shop working on bikes and hanging out with customers. Icon has been with us since the beginning. Icon and Jason were just a great fit. Icon has always been very supportive of Jason's endeavors.

Tell us something about yourself that very few people know.
I love food! I will try anything once, maybe twice. I am scared to death of public speaking and I am camera shy.

Anything else you would like to share?
I love my husband. I'm his number one fan.
